MASTER COLLET - See drawing part #2
Made of steel hardened for long life and durability. Patent pending RADIAL GROOVE. Provides for positive relocation of soft replaceable pads. Six socket head screws are furnished to attach the segments. Because of the RADIAL GROOVE features dowels or special keys are eliminated.
REPLACEMENT PADS - See drawing part #3
Pads are stocked in ALUMINUM and STEEL. Standard pad length is 1". Steel pads may be carburized and hardened for "on the shelf" permanent tooling (C 1214 Steel).
